1. We are everyday disciples. Our lives are a love response to God.
2. We enthusiastically follow Jesus. We joyfully join in a life of growth. It’s a love response.
3. We are committed to biblical community. We cultivate an atmosphere of love—it’s in our DNA! We think the best of each other.
4. Every life matters to God. We want God’s heart for those who are far from Him—locally, regionally, nationally and globally. We’re all about spreading the Good News. Why not make the world a better place?
5. We are called to good stewardship. We use our resources wisely in every effort to accomplish God’s plan. (Spiritual gifts, finances, assets, facilities, time, etc.)
6. We encourage healthy spiritual involvement. Do a few things, but do them well (major and minor ministry.) This protects from burnout. We encourage the right people in the right place for the right reasons. We want people involved in life outside the church walls!
7. We are flexible and innovative. We don’t want to turn church into a formula. We will do whatever we can, while remaining biblically sound, to love God and love people to a new life in Jesus.
